Greetings, Bulldogs!

My name is Kellèe Martin, and I am honored to serve as the proud principal of Spring Mill Elementary School. With more than 28 years in education as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal, I am passionate about creating learning environments where every student thrives and every educator continues to grow.

I am proud to have been recognized as the 2023–2024 MSD Washington Township Administrator of the Year and a 2025 DALI Distinguished Leader. I also serve as a presenter for Get Your Teach On (GYTO) at both national and regional conferences, sharing best practices in leadership, instruction, and school improvement with educators across the country.
